At Service Works, we committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all garment tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
